Registration and attendance
This year’s workshop has been designed to be as open as possible to those with limited time or resources, while also providing a highly structured Full Course option for those students, scholars, and professionals seeking a thorough grounding in the principles of codicology and its importance in scholarship, conservation, and cataloguing.
Morning lectures only
Professor Déroche’s morning lectures will take place at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, Sidgwick Site, University of Cambridge, and are open to anyone at a cost of £15 for registered students or £20 for all others. Participants can attend all morning classes or just a single one according to interest or availability

Accommodation
Rooms are available at Clare College from Sunday, 6th September until the morning of Friday 11th September and can be booked through The Islamic Manuscript Association at £52 per person per night (breakfast included). Clare College’s Memorial Court is located adjacent to the University Library and 200 metres from the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, as well as a short walk from Cambridge City Centre.

Staff of The Islamic Manuscript Association will be happy to assist in finding alternative accommodation, giving advice about travel to Cambridge, and providing any other information.
