- I am currently working on a Ph.D thesis looking at Ilkhanid rule in Iran, and Particularly the role of minorities and foreigners within the empire after the conversion of Ghazan Khan to Islam. I shall be working with Ilkhanid and Mamluk manuscripts as part of my research in various institutions.
I have also interned at the Islamic department at Christie's Auction House, and have experience in working with extremely early manuscripts in that context.
I attended the TIMA conference in Cambridge last year (this year I was abroad at the time of the conference)
