In the event of an application for emergency disaster response only, the Association’s executive committee may make a decision without waiting for the board to convene |
At quarterly board meetings usually held in February, May, July, and October |
Review of applications by the Association’s board of directors and subject specialists. |
Following the board meeting during which the application is reviewed |
- Notification of acceptance or rejection, or;
- Possible recommendation of changes to the application by the Association’s board of directors and subject specialists.
- Funds will be transferred as soon as signed Grant Acceptance forms and functioning bank details are received
- Project begins
